I was told at dinner last night that the Institute for the Future had recently persuaded Disney to dissociate itself from McDonalds on account of the downstream legal exposure they would incur due to McDonald\u2019s targeting of children (an initiative that will cost Disney $800M p.a. and 5000 jobs), with Disney now searching for a more upstanding dining partner. I haven\u2019t been able to corroborate the information and it doesn\u2019t seem public, but did sound like it was heading in the right direction.<\/p>\n
